5. Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In the original packaging with all included parts and accessories
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All ACCESSORIES (wearable items)
  • FIGURINE products that have been unsealed or removed from their original packaging
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
  • Labubu and PLUSH TOYS that have been opened or removed from their original, sealed packaging

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and product details
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship to the address provided
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund
  • An additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
